1o Session Package: $1,000

10 Session Package + 2 Bodywork sessions: $1,400

60 minute Brush Up session: $200

Bodywork

60 minute session: $ 200

90 minute session: $ 300

60 minute Initial session: $225

All bodywork sessions are fee for service; payment is due on the appointment date.

Integrative Physical Therapy (Bodywork) Sessions are billed as “OUT OF NETWORK” Physical Therapy. Please request a superbill, if you plan to submit for reimbursement.

Nervous System Coaching package payments can be completed in full or in 2 scheduled payments.

Please provide 48 hours notice for schedule changes.

You will be billed a $100 fee for neglecting this policy..
